If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we offer free returns in the United States within 30 days of delivery.

There will be no returns or refunds for orders that used the SnapRack building service. If there is an issue with your pre-built rack, please reach out to the email below so we can make it right.
If it's been between 30-180 days since delivery we will still accept your return, but you are required to pay for the return shipping. It is recommended you use a shipping method that allows for package tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please return products in the condition they were received. Send a message to the email below if you wish to begin a return from an order that was delivered between 30-180 days ago.
Once we've received and processed the shipment, we will refund the payment method used to purchase the item. Please note that it takes approximately 2-3 business days for the refund to appear.
