Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we offer free returns in the United States within 30 days of delivery. Please return products in the condition they were received. The initial cost of delivery will not be refunded. You will only receive a refund for the cost of products returned.
If it's been between 30-180 days since delivery we will still accept your return, but you are required to pay for the return shipping as well. It is recommended you use a shipping method that allows for package tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Send a message to the email below if you wish to begin a return from an order that was delivered between 30-180 days ago.
Once we've received and processed the shipment, we will refund the payment method used to purchase the item. Please note that it takes approximately 2-3 business days for the refund to appear.
Larger orders returned may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
